In 1913 Marcel Duchamp started working on his master piece: The Large Glass. Duchamp wrote notes on pieces of paper. On 1923 he left the Glass definitively unfinished. Duchamp concentrated his time on playing Chess. After 10 years he decided to publish his notes on the Glass. Duchamp called that collection The Green Box. The Green box was a 332 x 280 mm box containing 94 reproductions in facsimile of original artworks of Marcel Duchamp.
